Kangra Dec 15 – The opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday lambasted the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government for making “false promises” to the people of Himachal Pradesh and said a protest rally would be taken out in Dharamshala on December 18.

The rally will apprise the people of the “anti-people” policies of the Sukhu government, which had completed one year in office.

Former Assembly Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar claimed that the people of the state are “fed up” with the “false guarantees” of the Congress government and there is a lot of anger against the regime across the state.

Parmar said the December 18 rally will be addressed by Himachal BJP in-charge Avinash Rai Khanna, Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur and state BJP President Rajeev Bindal.
