New Delhi, Dec 7 – On the third day of the Winter Session on Wednesday, various important issues were raised in the Rajya Sabha.

Congress MP Imran Pratapgarhi expressed his concern over the waiting ticket issue in railways.

Raising the problems of waiting tickets and dynamic fare in railways, Imran Pratapgarhi alleged, “Waiting tickets and dynamic fare are the major issues for commuters who travel by rail, but the railway ministry doesn’t want to understand these problems.”

He urged the government to provide better security for passengers and train facilities.

In an issue regarding railway facilities in some blocks of Champaran in Bihar, BJP MP Satish Chandra Dubey urged the government to complete railway line laying work as soon as possible.

The issue of under-trial prisoners was also raised by Congress MP Rajeev Shukla. He urged the government to provide a solution to the under-trial prisoner issue.

Raising the issue of safety and security of doctors, BJP MP Ashok Bajpai said it is often seen that if any casualty happens in the hospital, attendants of the patients’ attack doctors and feel unsafe themselves. He urged the government to form a tribunal to fix these issues.
