Jalandhar, Dec 9 – The district police have arrested SHO Rajesh Kumar Arora of Rama Mandi police station in connection with a bribery case.


Superintendent of Police Sandeep Kumar Sharma said on Friday that the Inspector Rajesh Arora, allegedly took a bribe of about Rs 2.50 lakh from the Spa center owner Rajesh Kumar alias Sabi last week.
In this case, he has been taken into custody by his own officers.


He said that an FIR was lodged in Rama Mandi police station, and simultaneously, two other cops have also been named in the FIR. They have been identified as senior constable Sandeep Kumar and Constable Anwar Kumar.
