A police source said Sharma’s family members have revealed that he was an e-rickshaw driver in Lucknow. “His sister has revealed that he was working as an e-rickshaw driver for the last three months. She revealed that before that he lived and worked in Bengaluru,” the source said.

Sharma’s sister said Sagar had left for Delhi a few days ago to take part in a demonstration.

“Sagar has been living in a rented house with his father, mother, and sister for the last 15 years,” the source added.
