Sangrur, Nov 28 – Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann accompanied by his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal on Monday launched the “Mukh Mantri Teerth Yatra” (MMTY) scheme to facilitate pilgrims desiring to pay obeisance at sacred places across the country.

Addressing the gathering after launching Mukh Mantri Teerth Yatra Scheme on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak, Mann said the scheme is in line with the philosophy of the great Guru who gave the message of universal love, brotherhood and peace.

Mann said on Monday more than 500 pilgrims from Dhuri will be travelling to Hazur Sahib Gurdwara in Nanded of Maharashtra.
